Eyeshadow Tips

We all know that makeup is a very
important thing when it comes to our
beauty and fashion. It can bring out our
beautiful eyes, our pouty lips, or it can
completely break us if we use it the wrong way.
Follow these simple eyeshadow tips to make sure that you don't make the same mistakes again!

Choose eyeshadow according to eye colour! It's
that simple! So, if your eyes are blue, try brown and rose colours. Warm shades will contrast with the vibrant blue and bring your eyes out.
Make sure to apply all the way from your
lashlines to your creases and top off
with black mascara.

If you have beautiful brown eyes, go for green and gold eyeshadows.
These shades will look fabulous on your lids because they both
pick up the coloured flecks found in your brown eyes. Choose
something hot and shimmery and make sure to apply
all the way from your lashlines to your browbones.

If your eyes are green, go for lavender and mocha eyeshadows.
These purple shades contrast with your green colour, making
your eyes look dramatic. Warm shades like mocha complement
green because they give them a beautiful, natural look. You can
wear a mocha colour during the day, and a lavender colour
at night!

For the babe with the hazel eyes, go for deep green and pale
yellow eyeshadows. You can choose whichever shadow
you like, depending on the mood (the flecks in your eyes will let you know).
Apply the eyeshadow, line your eyes with the same colour using a liner brush
dipped in water.

Last but not least, charcoal, chocolate, and black eyeshadows
are colours that everyone can wear, but sparingly of course.
Don't apply too much, or you'll end up looking goth.

Get Sexy, Messy Hair!

The old, boring polished hair look is out!
No more long, perfect, shiny hair. It's time
to let the cat out of the bag and unleash your
sexy hair, the natural way. Get sexy, messy hair
in minutes!

If you have slightly wavy hair, start off with your
hair damp, or if not, spritz a bottle of water onto it.
Take some light hair gel and apply all over your head.
Now run your fingers through your hair, and as you do
that, twirl random sections of your hair around your
index finger. Let your hair air-dry, and in just 15 minutes
you'll have sexy, messy hair!

For the chickas with curly hair, start off with your hair
damp and blend together equal amounts of shine oil
and holding gel. This will get rid of that unwanted frizz
as well as hold your hair. Using the fingers of both your hands,
pull your hair forward from the crown of your head toward
your face and wriggle your fingers against your head as if
you were giving yourself a mini-scalp massage. Now shake
your head and separate your parts naturally using only your fingers.

For the straight hair type, shampoo and apply a light
conditioner. Towel dry hair until damp. With your left
hand, pull small sections of your hair two inches in
width which you'll wrap around two of the fingers of your
right hand. Apply a volumizing spray to each of the sections
after you have rolled them. Secure each of the sections
with a bobby pin and allow your hair to set for about
half an hour. You're all set for sexy, messy hair!

The Perfect Makeup

So you want to have the perfect makeup
this summer and look totally hot? I will
give you some tips on how to get that
pretty-girl summer look with the
perfect makeup tips.

First, start off with a clean, moisturized face.
Dot on concealer on your problem areas
such as under your eyes, your nose, chin
and forehead. Don't apply too much
as your skin will look oily.

Apply a sheer rose-pink blush cream
to the apples of your cheeks with your
fingertips and blend outward towards your
cheekbones.

Next, line your inner and outer lids with
black kohl eyeliner. Apply eyeshadow to the base
of your eyelids. Tap on a vibrant shade of matte-
textured fuschia-violet eyeshadow to your
entire lid, fanning the eyeshadow to extend
horizontally left and right so that
the inner portion of the lids
(the area closer to the nose) and outer
portion of the lids (outer edges of the eyes)
are bordered by color.

Apply the same eyeshadow under the rim
of the lower lash line. Next, apply a pair
of fake eyelashes. Coat them with thick,
black mascara.

Finish off with a single layer of sheer
honey-pink cream lipstick and you're all set!

Jewelry Do's and Dont's

Everything can look perfect on you: your hair,
your make-up, your outfit, the perfect shoes, the
perfect bag, but then...you wear the wrong jewelry and
it can ruin everything! Here are some jewelry do's and dont's.

Do be bold and beautiful. You can wear a big necklace but make
sure you don't gang up on the earrings and the bracelets and the
rings. Less is always more. So if you're going to wear big
earrings, maybe you should skip the necklace and just
wear some bangles around your wrists. Jewelry is supposed
to look delicate, not caked on.

You can actually mix the colours of the metals now.
Just make sure you wear the same style of jewelry
or else everything might get ruined. For example you
can mix a gold and silver necklace as long as they
are the same style and look right together.

The length of the necklace is very important.
A lot of women ruin their outfits because they do not
know how to wear a necklace. Collar necklaces
should lie snugly around the middle of the neck, and
can be worn with V-neck. Very long necklaces look
flattering with a very high neckline. You get the drift.

Hot Hair Accessories

Make a splash this summer by
decorating your mane with hot
hair accessories. Throw out that
old scrunchie and bring in big, bold and
vibrant hair accessories!

If you're going out on a fancy soiree and
decide to put your hair up, slip in some
delicate, sexy hair accessories.Try something
in silver with sparkles, or gold with sparkles.
Make sure they're not tacky and it goes in the
right place in your hair. Put it up in your do, or on
the side, so that it's noticeable enough!

For a day look, try something fun and flowery.
There are tons of hair broches you can find on Ebay
and for very cheap. Try a red or pink sparkly butterfly
and clip your hair to the side, or a bohemian clip
when you put your hair up.

For ultra glitz, spray your mane with glitter spray
and add hot hair accessories such as tiny gold or
silver platted butterflies in your updo. It will
look amazing! You can find these hot hair
accessories on Ebay or anywhere at the mall!

Blemish-Free

To keep your cool all year long,
you will have to get rid of all your
face problems and go blemish free!
Here's a simple how-to!

First cleanse your face thoroughly with a
anti-acne product that has salycilic acid. This will
target those nasty zits right away! Next,
apply a toner that will even out your skin tone.

Third step, apply a good moisturizer to your face
like St. Ives Collagen Elastin, for a firmer, smoother face.
Make sure you do this every single day, and you keep up
with it! Also, when you apply your concealer make sure
it's not the kind that clogs your pores, and soon you will
be blemish free!

Tip? For a blemish-free face, try the amazing Neutrogena
Acne Pads. It will do wonders for your face.

Nail Polish Shades

To look super chic this year, make sure
that you wear all the right things, at
the right time. To most people, nails and
nail polish shades don't matter that much,
but believe me, they do make a world of difference!

So start off by matching your nail polish shade
to whatever colour outfit your're wearing. If
you're going out and wearing a hot red dress,
put on a hot red nail polish shade.

In this summer are hot neutrals such as
soft beije, cream, and colour. Match these
up with hot beaded haltertops
and corck wedges.

Of course you can always opt for the
classic summer colours such as baby pink,
orange, and white.

Spice your night up with cromo colours, and the
craziest nail polish shades in purple, hot pink
and plenty of sparkles!!

Look 10 Pounds Lighter

Diets are always hard to keep, because we
just can't let go of all the delicious foods
that surround us every day. So if you're
going to skip the diet this year, make sure
that you at least look good...that is, look 10
pounds lighter good.

Wear high-heels. I cannot stress this enough.
They don't have to be stilettos or impossible to wear.
Wear cork material platforms, wedges, whatever you want
just as long as they add height.

Wear one colour. Don't mix and match too much.
Lots of colour and pattern will draw attention where
it is definitely not needed.

If you're going to wear a skirt, look for a skirt with
a straight line, such as a pencil skirt. This will make
you look longer and leaner. Therefore, 10 pounds lighter!

Horizontal lines will make you look wider.
Vertical lines will elongate your body. Pick
the second one and you will look 10 pounds lighter.

Draw attention to the parts of your body that you
do like. Wear accessories to draw attention to them
instead of your body.

It is very easy to look 10 pounds lighter, just make
sure you pick the right clothes, and when you do
make sure they fit right. No bulges please.

Summer Must-Haves

This summer, there is of course,
a must-have list. Must-haves are things
that you just need to survive the
harsh summer critics.

Never leave the house without a cool
pair of shades. This summer, big, round
plastic shades are a deffinite must-have.

Linen fabrics are all the rage, and again,
one of this summer's must-haves. Choose
from a variety of different colours and styles.
Check out the cute linen skirts at Tommy
Hilfiger, or a linen shirt accezorized with beads.

Another summer must-have, wedge sandals.
Stilletos are out this summer (well, in the daylight
at least) so make sure you wear those wedges with
anything from denim skirts, to jeans or a summer
dress. Pick natural fabrics such as cork.

Last but not least, this summer's must-have
includes that perfect bag. Look for all kinds
of fabrics such as suede, Asian silk, beaded
bags, etc. They will accentuate any style.

Perfect Eyebrows

Get the perfect eyebrows all year long!
Perfect eyebrows make a big difference
for your face. They can either be arched, have
a lot of shape to them, or very bold. The perfect
eyebrows can be achieved very easily with some
simple how-to tips that I will share with you today!

I
f you have an oval shaped face, chances are, you
can get away with almost anything! Oval shaped
faces can wear any kind of hairstyles from length, to
shapes, as well as any kind of eyebrow shapes.
So the perfect eyebrows for ovals? Personal taste!
You can position them any way you want, make
them as long as you want, and as thick or thin as you
want to get perfect eyebrows.

Perfect eyebrows for the round faces? A high arched
eyebrow with the peak of the eyebrow moved towards
the end of the eyebrow. The tail should be short.

Girls with long faces should opt for the perfect
eyebrows by making them horizontal. This will make
your face appear more oval than long.

Perfect eyebrows for the girl with the square face
need to be strong angled eyebrows to balance the
strong jawline. The peak of the eyebrow needs to be
directly above the square of the jaw.

A heart-shaped face will get you perfect eyebrows
if you arch them. It will soften your face, and emphasize
your heart-shaped face.

Time Saving Tips

We all have those hectic schedules from time
to time. Weather it's that we have to hurry up
to get to work in the morning, go to school, or
go anywhere for that matter, sometimes it feels
like there just isn't enough time in a day.

I'm going to help you cut down on your "getting ready"
time significantly. If you follow these simple steps, you'll
never be late again and of course, you'll still look
absolutely fabulous.

Plan the night ahead:if you're getting up early, and
you know you're going to work the next day, then
why don't you just try on a couple of outfits, see which
one you like and have it all ready to wear for the morning.
Sounds like an obvious thing, doesn't it? But not very many people
do this.

Thoroughly wash your face the night before, and apply a
thick nightcream. In the morning, all you have to do is splash
some cold water on your face. This will wake up your senses as well
as give your skin a youthful appearance.

Wet your hair just a little bit, throw in some mousse, and gather
your strands up in a loose bun. Let the rest fall next to your face.
This will frame your face, and it will look like you actually spent time doing
your hair in the morning!

Get a 3 in 1 compact make-up case. I like Dior Girly Blossom, which is
especially good for the summer. Its got a bronzer which can be used
as eye-shadow as well; a shimmery shadow which can be used as the
perfect blush, and a dark reddish gloss colour.

All you have to do is brush on some bronzer, add some blush
to your cheeks, apply a quick dab of eye-shadow, two coats
of mascara and a coat of lip-gloss. You're all set and ready to go! :)

Money Savers

So how do you get the most out of your money?
Do you buy every single product for every
area of your face and body? If you do, you're spending
way too much money! Unless of course, you DO have
too much money, then this post is definitely not for you.

Life gets harder and more complicated as we grow
older. Bills pile up, insurance, rent, and of course
the usual emergency. But how can you try to save
money on everyday beauty products that can
cost you a fortune?

Well good news ladies, because I have here
some very good money saving tips that will
definitely help you in those hard times.

When you don't want to spend money on make-up
remover, use lotion! Simply dab a little bit of lotion
on a clean cloth or cotton pad and rub it over your face
and eyes. Comes right off, and it moisturizes your face.

Use 3 in 1 body wash, shampoo and conditioner. That's
3 things for the price of one, and they're actually pretty good!
No shaving lotion? No problem. Use whipped cream. Not only does
it smell good, but it also helps to moisturize your skin.

Bags under your eyes? Use tea bags and let them sit on your
eyes for about 20 minutes. You can also use cucumbers.

Dry hands and feet? Soak them in cold milk for 20 minutes
to replenish your skin.

No money for a hair treatment? Eggs or honey will do the trick.
Leave on for half an hour.

Stay tuned tomorrow for smart time saving tips.

Get Fun Curly Hair While You Sleep

Don't have time to sit there for hours
while you curl every strand of hair on
your head? No problem! I've got the
greatest solution for you with almost
the same results!

Now this technique won't give you big, full
curls, but rather low-key curl-spirals which
are very fun for the summer, and very easy to do!
There are two different ways: if you want your mane
to be curliest, do this all over your head, and if you
want some low key fun curly hair, then just part
two sections.

I will tell you how to get that fun curly hair while
you sleep! As I mentioned above, if you want more
volume or curls, all you have to do is do the exact same
thing but part your hair as many times as you want.

Now after showering, comb your hair and apply a
thick volumizing mousse to your mane. Make sure
you distribute it evenly. Comb through.
Part your hair in two (half and half). Take one half of
your hair and twist it completely with your finger, then
curl it up all the way to your head. Now clip with pins.
Make sure thatwhen you do this you don't get messy
with your hair, because the better you do it, the better
your curls will come out.

Do the same thing to the other side, and sleep on it!
In the morning take the pins out and shake it all out.
Run your fingers lightly through your curls. Spritz
an aerosol hairspray through you hair and you now have
fun curly hair!

How to Create Sexy Wavy Hair

In order to get that hot beach babe look,
you first have to start with your hair.
Your hair can make you or break you.
Well all know that.

So how can you get your hair to its fullest
potential this summer? Make your mane
the sexiest, and waviest at the beach this
summer. You'll be sure to score lots of points with
this smart pointer!

Before you hit the beach this summer, soak up
your hair in your own back yard. How to: squeeze
lemon juice equally through towel-dried hair and let it
dry in the sun. The sun will bring your hair's natural
highlights so that it looks as if you've been hitting the
beach for the past 8 months.

Wash your hair with a volumizing shampoo and
follow up with a deep conditioner. Towel dry your
hair and apply a volumizing mousse. I like Got2B
Full of Yourself Get 2 Mousse. Run just a small amount
through your strands. This will insure that each strand
gets some boost. You are now one step closer
to your sexy wavy hair!

Take out your blowdrier and apply a nozzle at the end.
You can use it whenever you feel like adding some volume
to your hair. Blow dry your hair upside down all the while
scrunching your hair with your fingers. To get that sexy
wavy hair, blowdry your hair only about 60% of the way.

Spritz a anti-frizz serum to your hair and let your hair
air dry completely. After your hair has dried, separate
your hair into one, or two inch sections. Get out
your curling iron and curl those sections. Be sure to only
curl about halfway up to your hair so you don't end up looking
like a poodle.

After that, separate your curls with your fingers, or just
simply shake your hair to get super volume. Finish off
by spraying an aerosol hairspray such as Thermasilk .
You now have sexy wavy hair all set for your sexiest summer!

How to Shop the Smart Way!

Forget expensive designer clothes.
It's ok to splurge on a must-have
pair of designer shoes once in a while,
but please don't over do it! It's a waste
of your money, and unless you live
amongst the richest of the richest,
no one will notice anyway!

You can still look like a million bucks
without actually spending a million bucks.
How? Shop the smart way! Don't barge in
to an expensive designer store and grab whatever
catches your eye. Be calm and patient, because good
things come to those who wait :)

Now scope out whatever it is that you want
to buy. Look up your favorite designers on the
internet or through a magazine. Found a
pair of shoes that you loved? A beautiful
dress or skirt? No problem. All you have to do
is hit the mall and try to find something that
looks similar. And we all know fashion changes from
day to day and something new is always coming out!

You don't have to spend a fortune to look good.
Try to find bargains, and shop at stores where you
know they get new fashion all the time. You'll be
guaranteed to find something similar to what you saw.
Better yet, if you just can't stand to buy non-designer
clothes, go on eBay!

There you can find everything you want designer
at almost nothing! Not only that but you'll even find
very unique styles that you may not see in stores.
Whatever you don't, just don't spend all your
hard-earned money on designer clothes because
after all, no one can read your tag!

Make Your Lips Stand Out!

We all know that our lethal weapon is
of course our gorgeous pouty lips (when it comes
to men of course!) But how exactly can you take
care of your lips? Learn exactly how to make
your lips stand out from the crowd and how
to protect them too!

First, start off with a lip exfoliant which will
remove dead skin and make your lips softer and
smoother looking. If you want don't want to spend
money on a lip exfoliant you can simply rub
a toothbrush coated in petroleum jelly a few
times a week before you go to bed.

Second, draw a shimmery highlighting pencil on
the top bow part of your lip. This will make your lips
appear bigger.

Third, apply a neutral liner to the outer corners
of your lips which will widen your mouth. Next, apply
the neutral liner right in center of your bottom lip.
Now your lips will stand out in a matter of seconds.

Last but not least, use a lip plumber. I use Jessica
Simpson's Desert Beauty Collection lip plumber. It tastes
good, it smells amazing, and you can not only see, but feel the
results as your lips tingle!

Now you can now go outside and face the world
with your brand new lips, without the
cost of surgery. It's all about illusions!

Achieve a Sexy Summer Look

To look your best this summer there are a
few very important must-knows that you
just must know! To achieve a sexy summer
look you have to follow the guidelines
and be prepared for the tough road ahead!

Now is the time to skip the fast foods and the
sweets. Load up and healthy fruits and veggies
and be sure you have a quick 20 minute workout
every morning. You can also go on a power walk
or jog for a bit. Because after all, a sexy summer
look would be nothing without a nice, toned body.

Next, detoxify yourself. Draw yourself a nice hot
bath with plenty a sea salt to rejuvenate your tired body
as well a hydrating bath foam. Soak yourself for about 15
minutes but make sure the water isn't too hot! Use a
body scrub such as Estee Lauder Sunless Body Smoother.
Make sure you pay extra attention to your rough heels,
knees and elbows.

For that sexy summer look, mix in some shimmering
lotion with your hydration lotion and slather some all
over your body. You'll be sure to get that hot summer glow.

Don't forget to deep condition your hair once a week, as
well as use a good mask on your face weekly such as
Biotherm. Make sure to stay sun safe and use the best
self-tanning products out there such as Estee Lauder, which
is one of my favorites because it leaves no streaks and
looks absolutely natural!

Before you head out the door, put on a cute dress,
grab your colorful summer bag, slip on your sexiest
heels and spritz yourself with a light, flower scent such
as Anais-Anais by Cacharel.

How to Get a Hot European Body!

Ever wonder how come all European chickas
are in such good shape? You probably think they work
out all day, and eat nothing but celery sticks.
Well guess what? You're completely wrong on this one!
What makes a big difference here is the culture and way of life!

In Europe, people aren't so depended on fast food joints
all the time. You don't see nearly as many McDonald's or
Taco Bells in Europe as you do here! Europeans cook
their own food most of the time, and if they don't
they buy healthy food which is sold almost everywhere.

Bottom line is; the European lifestyle is completely
different than the American lifestyle. So how do you get a
hot European body? Stop eating fast foods! You will
never get that hot body by eating fast foods and sweets.
You need to make a plan for yourself in order to
get that hot European body.

No fast food: try to cook your own food, and try
to incorporate healthy foods such as fruits and
vegetables. Eat sensibly! To achieve a hot European
body you must remember that a once-a-day big meal, will
actually make you GAIN weight because the body is
malnourished all day, when all that food does go in, your
body naturally stores all that fat and all those unwanted calories
on your ass, thighs, stomach, just about everywhere where
you don't want it.

Start your quest for a hot European body by eating small
portions of food about 4-6 times a day. Eat something light
and non-greasy. Greasy foods will make you tired and drowsy.
To satisfy your hunger, eat a small handful of almonds which are
rich in protein and are very good for your skin as well as
your overall health. Be sure to drink milk and don't forget your
dairy products. An egg a day or a healthy yogurt day will
maintain your hunger level as well as get you to a healthier start.

Don't skip meals; if you want that hot European body, don't starve
yourself. Like I mentioned above: eat sensibly, skip the fast-food and
sweets, and eat small sizes of healthy foods about 4-6 times a day.

Another reason why Europeans are so fit is that because they exercise;
well sort of. They input the exercise into their daily activities. Since
European countries are smaller, it is much easier to get around to work,
school, or wherever around your city by walking or biking. In Europe
there are always hundreds of people walking down the streets getting their
shopping done, going to work, or just taking a casual stroll. It is unfortunate,
that we do not see much of this here except maybe in rural New York.

So just remember that if you want that hot European body you
don't have to stress yourself too much. This isn't a weight losing way,
it is simply a weight maintaining way of "dieting". Small, distributed,
healthy portions throughout the day accompanied by vigorous walking
incorporated into daily activities.

Good luck ladies!

Europe's Asian Fashion Madness

Asian fashion is making a huge come back
in Europe this summer! Soft, silky,
delicate Asian fabrics coupled with beautiful
Asian patterns to flatter everyone this summer!

Score a hot Asian top from Roxy. It's got white
floral patterns with a beautiful red background, a tie
ribbon in the middle to make your waist look smaller
and a bit of flare at the arms to slim down your arms.

Wear a hot Asian dress with all kinds of cool colours
such as white, purple, red and green. You can always
wrap a silk scarf around the waistline and choose a
fun, sparkly dress. I like Lanvin's Asian Summer Collection.

Asian shoes? You bet they're in! With pretty butterflies,
florals and beautiful landscapes on an amazing silk or
chiffon material. Check out Steve Madden and his
fabulous Asian style shoes.

Last but not least, Asian style bags! For summer,
pick a red silk purse with pink and white flowers and a
bamboo handle. It's the perfect summer bag! Make sure you
check out Amici Acessories for that cute bag.

you don't want to look too tacky, so make sure
that if you DO wear colours, pair them up with neutrals
or stick with one colour!

Sundresses are very in this summer, so choose
one that best fits your frame. You can click here
to see what kind of summer dresses fit your body.
Pair a sundress with some hot metallic flip-flops and a
cute necklace from Victoria's Secret.

Espadrilles are also in this summer. Wear a pair
that tie up the leg to make your legs look slimmer. Pair
them up with almost anything; short shorts, skirts,
dresses, jeans, etc. Find a cute pair from Seychelles.

You can also wear multi-coloured skirts. Check out
Lacoste, they have amazing styles! Make sure
you pair that skirt up with a crisp white tee and a
natural shaded necklace.

Top all this off with your everyday bag in a bright yellow
or green. Your purses don't have to be basic black or brown
anymore. Spice things up!

How to get cleavage !

We all want the same thing! Well, almost all of us. Some of us are blessed with these, some of us are less fortunate. I am talking of course about boobs! We all want big breasts with cleavage included! Unfortunately, we can't all have 'em!

But it's ok, because I am here to share with you some of the
best Hollywood secrets that even celebrities themselves use to lift up their girls.

First off, let me just say that before you can even begin doing this you have to find the right bra. By the right bra, I mean the exact measurments! Not an inch less, not a cup bigger, nothing! Try measuring yourself before buying a bra to get an idea of what size you are exactly.

Where can you find the best bras? Personally, I think Victoria's Secret has the best bras, although a little pricier, it makes a huge difference! Buy one of their extreme cleavage bra which comes with padded cups, or something with pockets so that you yourself can add water pads in there.

Also, it might be a good idea to find a bra that will clasp at the front, instead of at the back. This will bring your girls closer together and will give you a little bit of cleavage.

Next, make sure you wear a low, v-neck shirt. Now that you have your sexy bra on, you probably do have a little bit of cleavage, but why not try to get the most out of it?

Here's how to do this! Get your eye-makeup out and find a brownish-beije hue. Now take your finger and mix the two hues together. With your finger, apply this darker shade right onto the sides of your chest (at the cleavage) sort of like a contour. This will shade in your cleavage, giving everybody a grand illussion of bigger boobs!

Just make sure the colour of the make-up you are applying looks like the shade of your skin and not like actual make-up! By following this down to a tee, you should have absolutely no problem getting the cleavage you want!

The Best Dresses for Your Body

This summer put on a cute dress and bring out
your sunny, outgoing personality! Weather you're going
down the street to grab a coffee, or an afternoon
barbecue, a flowery summer dress can say a thousand
things about you (all good of course :))

If you have short legs make sure you pick a dress
that doesn't have too many patterns or colours in it: try
sticking to something with one or two colours. Also, make
sure the dress ties up halter style as it will elongate
your body.Last but not least, I cannot stress this
enough, wear a pair ofheels with your dress.
You can even wear wedges or platforms, just
no flats please!

If you're too tall, wear a dress with patterns and colours
on it. Makesure it fits right around your waistline, and
that it comes out a little largeras it goes out
(kind of like the dresses in the 50's); but don't worry, these
dresses are totally in this summer so you'll be sure to
make an entrance!

If you have a small chest, choose a dress with patterns on the
haltertop (and yes, it has to be a halter where you can adjust
the strap yourself). Make sure that the dress has some padding
too!

All in all, just have fun this summer and remember that not all
styles look good on everyone, always wear clothes that look good on
YOU, not on the manequin!

Stay tuned tomorrow for the ultimate tips and secrets on
how to get clevage from almost any top!

Amazing Shoes!

European women are best known for their
fabulous style, but what makes that style
complete is their amazing shoes! All European
women are obsessed with shoes, especially hot
stilettos.

If you want to look European, make sure you follow
these tips! If you're wearing a mini-skirt pair it up
with some high-heeled sandals or stilletos. Play it up
with coloured shoes like blue pink and even green, depending
on your outfit.

Even if you're wearing jeans and a t-shirt you can always
wear a pair of stilettos even if your jeans are longer
and no one can see your shoes, it make all the difference
for your legs! It will make them much longer and a lot
sexier.

The sexiest stielettos can be found almost anywhere
but one brand that I absolutely adore is Candie's. They have
fun, crazy styles along with some fabulous colours.

Don't forget about boots! Just because summer is coming
up doesn't mean you still can't wear boots. Make sure
they are summer boots though, and your legs can breathe through
them. If you pair them up with a cute jean skirt, you are
sure to very hot!

In this summer are wedges and platform sandals yet again.
You can wear this with anything from skirts, to dresses, shorts
and of course, bathing suits. Gucci and Guess have some of the
most amazing platform sandals I have seen this summer and
you just can't go wrong with them!

Please make sure to tune in tomorrow for more hot
European fashion tips!

This summer make sure you look ultra-fabulous
just by spending a little dough on some of the hottest

Put on a cute neckleace. Big pearls are in right now,
so go wild!Again, go with wild colours that accentuate
your youthness and vitality!

Wear big, funky bracelets that stand out (make sure
you never wear all of these accessories at once though;
you never want to look too tacky!). Charm bracelets are
a big hit this summer so check out Nine West, they have
hot summer bracelets, or check out www.gucci.com if your
tastes are a little bit more expensive.

Head bands are making a comeback this summer.
They look great with whatever you're wearing but just
make sure your outfit is summery (no business outfits with
head bands please). Make sure you pair your head band colour
with whatever colour shirt you are wearing. Also, get a thick
headband as thin ones are deffenetly not in this year. Check

How to Get Fabulous Hair-Recipes

I find that the best recipes for your hair
are the ones that you make at home.
Very inexpensive and they usually work!

The first one is a shine recipe. That's for all of you
with dully, boring hair :P

Rosemary-Sage Hair Shine Rinse

3 tablespoons rosemary
1 1/2 quarts water
2 tablespoons sage

Boil all together for 15 minutes. Strain; refrigerate.
Pour this over your hair and let it sit for 2 minutes.
Rinse. Your hair should have a nice shine.

Russian Hair Treatment Pack

This is better than a simple hot oil treatment.
It leaves the hair looking stunningly-thick, luxuriant, and shiny.
The effects last a long time, even the light scent of the
essential oil will linger through several shampoos.

2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1 tablespoon oil (safflower,almond , coconut)
1 drop essential oil (lemon, tangerine, jasmine, rose,
sandalwood, rosemary)

Before applying, moisten the hair very slightly
by running wet fingers through it, then massage the
egg mixture into hair and scalp. Wrap head in a towel
(and plastic if desired) and sit back in a sauna, take a
long hot bath, or relax in a warm place. (
The heat of a sauna is the best environment for this treatment.)
Leave the pack on for one hour, if possible, even two or three!

To cleanse, rinse hair in warm water, then apply a lot of
shampoo directly to the hair, wash well, and rinse.
If you've used enough shampoo, only one wash is needed.

These recipes are two of my ultimate favourites, but if

How to Get Fabulous Hair

The trick to getting your hair super
shiny and super fabulous is very
simple and straight forward. With a little
nudge in the right direction, you can have perfect
hair every single day!

Make sure to protect your hair from the weather:
try to wear a hat if it is too cold, or if it's raining or
snowing. This can damage your hair which can
cause split ends and breakage of the hair follicle.

Never wash your hair every day. This will make
you hair dry and strip away its natural oils.
When you do wash your hair (every other day) make
sure that the water isn't too hot because that will
fry your hair and give you frizz. If at all possible, try to rinse
your hair with cold water to make your hair frizz-free and give
it lots of shine.

When you condition, don't apply any at your roots. Apply
conditioner only at the ends so that it doesn't grease
your hair or weigh it down. If you blow dry your hair
make sure you don't hold it too close to your hair as it might burn;
and never dry your hair 100%. This will burn your hair and again,
cause breakage.

I like using Thermasilk. It is perfect for blow drying because
it gives you a lot of silk and shine. If you want your frizz to go
away use John Frida Anti-Frizz Serum. To get some volume,
apply a thickening mousse to your mane post-shower.

Always make sure to use a ceramic hair straightener if you're
going to straighten your hair. Also, don't forget to deep
condition your hair once a week to keep it healthy. You can
always make your own mixes such as massaging egg whites
into your hair as well as olive oil.

Tune in tomorrow as I will give you the best at-home
recipes to use for healthy, shiny hair!

Get Ready for Summer Part 2

To see my previous summer column, click here.

Summer is fast approaching and you always want to make sure
that you look your absolute best!
Pick the right bathing suit, use lots of sunscreen,
exfoliate once a week...the works.

One of the most important things that you must not
forget to do for summer is to get your feet and hands ready
as well.

To get your feet in tip-top shape soak them in warm
water for about 15-20 minutes. Make sure you add some
mineral salts as well as some olive oil. This will help moisturize
your feet. Next, slough off any dead skin with a pumice sponge.
Lastly, make sure you mosturize your feet. I like St. Ive's Swiss
Whipped Silk moisturizer.

Make sure to file your toenails as well as cut off
your cuticles. After you have done that soke a cotton
ball in the acetone and set it on your toe nails so that you
get rid of all the residue. Last step, apply a colorful nail polish
followed by clear coat.

To get your hands super soft and sexy, soak them in
warm water and add sea salts and olive oil. Soak them for about ten minutes.
Then, apply a thick moisturizer and put on some cotton gloves for
about 10 minutes. Don't wash your hands after, but rather take the
lotion off with a towel. As usualy, trim, file, and polish your nails.
Make sure to double-coat and use a strenghtening clear coat!

Stay tuned tomorrow! :)

Get Ready For Summer!

So you want to turn heads wherever you go
this summer? With just a few simple
primping steps I can get you from drab to
fab and you will be looking fabulous in no time!

First step, find the right bathing suit!
If you have short legs, make sure you look
for a bathing suit that rides high on your thighs
to make your legs look longer.

If you have a little belly, make sure you wear a tankini to
cover up your pooch or a sexy one-piece.

If you have a small chest, make sure you wear
padded cups to make your chest look bigger
and give you some cleavage!

When it comes to that straight, boy-like figure,
make sure you wear bathing suits where the bottoms
tie on the sides. This gives the illusion of curves on
your body.

To look ultra sexy on the beach, you can add
some shimmering body lotion to your
tanning spray. When you tan, it will blend
in and give your skin a sexy shimmery glow.

Stay tuned tomorrow for more European
style tips for the summer. We're talking pedicures
and manicures!

What Not to Wear

If you want the best European style tips, this is the place to
be! I will tell you the do's and dont's of the European fashion
world.

Do
wear straight, skinny jeans which will make your legs look
longer. Make sure you pair them up with a cute pair of boots.
You can either wear the boots over or under the jeans.

Don't wear mini-skirts with running shoes. This is a big
European no-no! If you're gonna wear a mini-skirt you can
wear some cute sandals, or a pair of knee-high boots.

Do wear long, tight shirts. Long shirts are in right now. Find the
best one for your shape. Make sure to check out Guess for
their summer line collection.

Don't over-tan. A fake, orangey tan is NEVER good thing.
Plus, that dark look is out anyways. Stick to your natural skin
colour!

That's all for European style tips today, but tune in tomorrow
for more :)

Stay Sun Safe!

Summer is fast approaching and we all want nice,
tanned bodies. But before you jump into your
bathing suit and sit out in the sun, think about
the consequences.

Sure, you'll have a tanned body all summer, and
next summer you will be fine too, but what about in
10-15 years? You'll look like a dried up
tomato! Your skin will be dry and wrinkly, but hey
it's ok because you'll have dark skin. It is not worth
ruining your skin for the rest of your life just to look
tanned!

Not only that, but the sun is extremely dangerous
and melanoma (skin cancer) is the number one cause of cancer
in the world. If found in its early stage, it can be preventable.
But, if it's too late, you might not be so lucky.
If you have dark spots all over your body, you might
want to get checked out!

So, to prevent all of this, make sure you wear sunscreen!
Even if you're wearing a see-through skirt on the beach or
any kind of thin fabric, the UVA and UVB rays can still get through.
Make sure you also slather up some sunscreen on your face,
because that cover-up won't do much.

So now what? Use self-tanners! If you're really desperate for a
tan splurge on an expensive self-tanner. The best one
that I have used it Estee Lauder Sunless. It is amazing.
No streaks, and no orange glow whatsoever! Make sure to
exfoliate before using!

Stay tuned tomorrow! :)
