Get Ready for Summer Part 2

To see my previous summer column, click here.

Summer is fast approaching and you always want to make sure
that you look your absolute best!
Pick the right bathing suit, use lots of sunscreen,
exfoliate once a week...the works.

One of the most important things that you must not
forget to do for summer is to get your feet and hands ready
as well.

To get your feet in tip-top shape soak them in warm
water for about 15-20 minutes. Make sure you add some
mineral salts as well as some olive oil. This will help moisturize
your feet. Next, slough off any dead skin with a pumice sponge.
Lastly, make sure you mosturize your feet. I like St. Ive's Swiss
Whipped Silk moisturizer.

Make sure to file your toenails as well as cut off
your cuticles. After you have done that soke a cotton
ball in the acetone and set it on your toe nails so that you
get rid of all the residue. Last step, apply a colorful nail polish
followed by clear coat.

To get your hands super soft and sexy, soak them in
warm water and add sea salts and olive oil. Soak them for about ten minutes.
Then, apply a thick moisturizer and put on some cotton gloves for
about 10 minutes. Don't wash your hands after, but rather take the
lotion off with a towel. As usualy, trim, file, and polish your nails.
Make sure to double-coat and use a strenghtening clear coat!

Stay tuned tomorrow! :)
