The Hottest Sunglasses
With this heat and this sun, it is almost
impossible not to own a good pair of
sunglasses. Either way, when you
purchase a pair of sunglasses, most
of the time it’s not even for the
protection now is it? Admit it, you
only get them ‘cuz they’re a hot
accessory and they look good on
you! That’s perfectly fine, because
I’m going to show the hottest
sunglasses that were seen on the
runway this year. You won’t want to
skip this.
Although these sunglasses tend to be more
expensive, you can bet that they’re a much
better quality, therefore they last longer,
and they look exquisite!
Dior Sunglasses
These glasses made their way on the
Paris runway in May 2006. They are
very flexible and lightweight so you can
carry them anywhere you go! They are
made of durable, translucent plastic.
Colour choices include taupe, lilac, jade,
rose, bordeaux, and cognac. Even if they
bend or twist in your purse it’s no problem
because the hinges in these frames are designed
to spring back instantly back into shape!
Diesel Sunglasses
Second up, we have the Woodpecker sunglasses
from Diesel. These came out in July of this year
in Milan. They are definitely a hot item to have
if you can afford them. They have exquisite
detail on the side and come in wood and plastic
versions. The colours that are included are
ivory, tobacco, and soft baby pink. The
wooden versions of these shades have
exotic designer touches such as Indian
totems and gold temples.
Valentino Sunglasses
These sunglasses came out in June on Italy’s
runways. These sunglasses have tiny, rounded
turquoise stones and wenge wood embellish
new limited edition Valentino sunglasses.
Metal inserts on end pieces enhance the
frame's profile. Crystals also sparkle on the
front of the sunglasses, available in semi-
opaque gold with brown lenses or in rosé
gold with mirrored brown lenses.
Juicy Couture
These babies came out in February and hit
the runways of New York. These styles
include aviator and Jackie O. A "Juicy" logo
adds sparkle to the Gela sunglass frame model.
The new Shades of Couture collection also includes
wrap-around, rimless, and semi-rimless models.
