Designer Rip-Off

Once in a while, we all
indulge ourselves in the
sweet sin of designer
shopping. Designer
shopping is basically
shopping that most
of us can't afford. That
$150 top, the $500 shoes,
etc. These all cost most of
us an arm and a leg, but for
some reason, we still come
back and buy more!

In the end, we all know it
doesn't even matter. It's
just the name behind the
fabric. The name behind
the product. Regardless, a
lot of these designer brands
are a better quality as well
as they look a lot better!

Sure, those Gucci shoes look
amazing and the Bebe pants
make you look fabulous, but
these are just clothes. What
about make-up? What about
face products? Well for starters,
if you really want to know why
exactly they're so expensive
other than the designer name,
look for the ingredients. Even
if they're not printed on the
label, look it up on the net!
Trust me, it's worth it!

I've tried several very
expensive name brand face
products and let me tell you,
I have not seen a very big
difference between them and
the regular, waaay cheaper
products that I usually
purchase. I am not saying
that all designer products are
rip-offs, but a lot of them are
just name based.

These companies know that
they have loyal customers who
will remain with that brand name.
But, if you want to be really smart,
you have to steer clear of these
expensive brand names, and do
a little research before you whip
out the dough.

Here are some brand names that
are actually worth it: MAC Makeup,
Mineral Makeup, Clarins, and
Estee Lauder.
